Florida Hospital Home Care Services has recently undergone rigorous inspections by three healthcare organizations, all of which reported stellar outcomes for the agency.
Based on overall patient satisfaction results, Florida Hospital Home Care Services has been named as a national best practice agency and presented with the “Patient Satisfaction Award of Distinction” by Fazzi Associates, one of the largest and most respected benchmarking systems in the country. The data collected by Fazzi comes directly from the source - the patient - validating the agency’s high standards of quality care.
“It’s an honor to be named as a national best practice agency. For an agency to be named you must be a proven leader and have demonstrated superior performance in patient satisfaction outcomes,” said FHHCS Administrator Lucille Huber.
Florida Hospital Home Care Services also underwent surveys earlier in the year by both the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), which regulates and licenses health care facilities in the State, and the Joint Commission which evaluates the quality and safety of care delivered in healthcare organizations across the country. Both agencies reported outstanding results for Florida Hospital Home Care Services and commended the staff for their high quality standard of patient care.
“This high level of achievement has a lot to say about the staff’s dedication to provide high quality and safe care to our patients and validates the outstanding job they are doing,” said Huber.
