FH Sebring Child Learning Center Purchases Field Trip Buggy6/11/2009
After five years of fundraising, the Florida Hospital Child Learning Center bought a new toy – a transportation buggy. This bright red wagon, worth more than $2,500, can safely seat six children for rides around the neighborhood. “After many candy sales, garage sales and school portrait proceeds, we were very excited to get the buggy assembled and go for a ride,” said CLC Manager Mabel Aylward. Their first trip? Through the Sebring hospital to the administrative offices to show off the new wheels. The CLC is now raising more money to purchase infant seats for the buggy.
