Our Mission emphasis is to offer an environment where physical, mental and spiritual healing are promoted. The Chapels at Florida Hospital Heartland Divisions' hospitals are beautiful and peaceful settings where our patients, visitors and staff can find a few minutes in their day to reflect on their spiritual needs, give thanks for their many blessings, and experience spiritual healing.
Prayer request books placed in the Chapels have recorded not only requests for prayer, but comments from some of those who responded about their visit:
- "What a blessing it is to have this lovely chapel in your facility!!! I sat here today and read the book of poems. . . Thank you for these uplifting moments during this troubling time in my life."
- "Thank you for this beautiful chapel so I can pray to God for my husband."
- "Thank God for the chapel and its pastoral care."
- "A touching experience to sit in this chapel remembering Dr. C.J. Larsen who delivered me 38 years ago."

You can also email your prayers for patients even though you cannot visit in person. These messages will go directly to our Chaplain's Office.
